Our company began its R&D and product development journey in the healthcare sector in 2025. This initiative was recognized as one of the select projects awarded the excellence seal by the TÜBİTAK 1812 BİGG Program. Products
DRP-Detect: Diabetic Retinopathy (DRP) is a leading vascular complication of diabetes and, if untreated, can cause blindness. Early diagnosis and regular screening are essential to prevent vision loss. According to the 11th edition of the International Diabetes Federation (IDF), approximately 589 million adults aged 20–79 years are living with diabetes worldwide, around 1 in 9 adults, and this number is projected to reach 853 million by 2050. In Türkiye, more than 10 million people live with diabetes, with this number expected to reach approximately 12 million by 2035, further increasing the need for accessible and scalable retinal analysis platform. However, limited access to ophthalmic care, physician shortages, and healthcare system workload can contribute to missed or delayed examinations. DRP-Detect aims to address this challenge through an AI-enabled software and smartphone-compatible fundus imaging system. Our solution is designed to optimize clinical workflows for retinal disease screening and monitoring during regular follow-ups, advancing precision medicine and supporting more effective diabetic eye disease management.
